About the vacancy

As Warehouse Operations Coordinator (weekends) you will coordinate the execution of the full process (inbound- repack – outbound) within our warehouses in the North of Europe over the weekend. To be successful in this role, you must align with various international departments and stakeholders. It is important to continuously be accurate and flexible in this very dynamic business. 

In the weekend, you are doing the internal alignment of what is coming in and needs to go out for the that day. Creating a very accurate planning is crucial for having a smooth execution in the warehouse to service our customer well. Next to the incoming and outgoing fruit stream you are coordinating and planning the repack

Tasks & Responsibilities

As Warehouse Operations Coordinator (weekends) you have the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Allocation of fruit to the customers.
  • Communicate with warehouse lead when warehouse rules are not being followed.
  • Support Planning and Transportation departments.
  • Support the warehouse and repack service provider to maintain high service level.
    Coordinate the repack process
  • Any other task assigned by management which is considered to be within the scope of the post holder.

Job Qualifications

Education: MBO+/HBO level education.

Languages: Excellent working knowledge of English and a second European language is a distinct advantage.

Skills: High proficiency of Excel and other Microsoft packages is a must.

Requirements

  • Strong communications skills and able to communicate easily within different organizational levels.
  • Strong administrative and accuracy skills.
  • Able to work within a high-pressure environment.
  • Teamwork enabler.

 Tijden: Start zaterdag om 7/8 uur voor 6 a 7 uur. Op zondag 1 a 2 uur vanuit thuis.
