As a Dutch Customer Service Agent at Google Ads, your responsibilities will be to:

• Provide B2B service to small/medium sized businesses for the Dutch market
• Greet customers warmly
• Assist customers with questions/potential complaints via phone, email, chat.
• Inform customers about other business opportunities
• Provide knowledge about all Google Ad products

A signing bonus of €2.500,00 might be applicable!
