Wat ga je doen?
As a Runner, you'll contribute to Rocycle's success by taking ownership of your tasks and setting a great example. Becoming a Runner can be your first job from 15 years to 18 years. After this, you'll have the opportunity to become a Studio Assistant.
What does a typical workday look like?
- You are the first point of contact for the riders
- You are responsible for maintaining clean and organised changing rooms, public spaces and locker areas and are responsible for a fully stocked changing room including supplies, towels and our Zenology products
- You are responsible for all riders in the studio to have a correct bike set-up and make sure classes start on time
- You form relationships with the riders and help build Rocycle’s community
In addition to your regular duties, you'll attend quarterly meetings and group trainings. You'll also be familiar with all operational procedures and know how to handle maintenance issues. Your working schedule may vary between Monday and Sunday, with shifts that begin half an hour before and end half an hour after studio opening hours.

- Er is geen minimale opleiding vereist.
- A love for sports and the Rocycle brand and an interest in hospitality and customer service
- Team oriented with an ability to multitask and combine communicational with operational tasks
- You are not afraid to get your hands dirty. You value tidiness, cleanliness and hygiene
- Proactiveness and a creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
- Flexibility within studio opening hours
- Basic verbal communication skills in English
