As a French customer service agent for a well-known beauty brand, your main job is to answer questions and take calls. You'll mostly do this by email and phone, and sometimes on social media. You'll describe how our products smell and explain how to make your own shampoo. You need to speak both French and English well.
Your goal as a French customer service agent is to make customers feel relaxed and taken care of. You'll give them the right answers and make them feel special. Helping customers is what you enjoy!
You need to be available to work from Monday to Sunday, between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Your schedule will change every four weeks, so you'll work different times each week. You can say when you're available, which gives you flexibility. Just be ready to work on weekends and evenings sometimes.
One more thing: you'll work completely from home, so you can live anywhere in the Netherlands.
You can start training between mid-October and mid-November. This job lasts for the busiest three months of the year.
