As a temporary full-time Data Entry employee, you will ensure that all logistics processes are properly administrated in various systems. You maintain various Excel lists and ensure accurate completion. You are also responsible for preparing various documentation such as packing lists for the warehouses and import and export lists for customs. After all, there are some goods that have to cross the border!
This team includes logistics specialists who - due to a considerable upscaling in warehouses - do not get around to all the administrative tasks involved. You will work in support of this team and they will direct and supervise you.
Background information
You will be working for an international meal delivery company who have several warehouses within 18 European countries. They have set up several warehouses in a short time and because the processes are not (yet) automated, they still need to be processed manually. These warehouses are responsible for the transport of merchandise and disposables among themselves, but also to restaurants.
Workdays and location
You will work 40 hours a week from Monday till Friday from approximately 09.00 tot 17.00. You can work from home for 3 days a week and will work at one of the offices (Amsterdam or Enschede) on the other 2 days. This job is available for 2 to 3 months, so until the end of this year.
