Wat ga je doen?

As a Contact Center Agent at Fonky, you'll be indispensable to the organization. You'll work for both Fonky and KPN from our headquarters in  Utrecht  or the Contact Center in  Nijmegen  . This is an ideal part-time job, allowing you to earn a good income alongside your studies with a minimum of 12 flexible hours per week. You can choose your own workdays; we're only closed on Sundays.

Telecom 

You're the primary point of contact for the well-known KPN. From our call center, you'll connect with this organization's (warm) customers, making them relevant offers. This includes product promotions and service calls. Customers can also contact you with any questions. Together, we'll create an even better customer experience.

Fonky

Fonky offers the Ultimate Student Job to over 400 students throughout the Netherlands. We're continuously growing, and as a Contact Center Agent, you'll be a key link in our customer service team's recruitment process. In this part-time role, you'll be responsible for following up on new potential colleagues. Through phone screenings, answering job-related questions, and scheduling in-person interviews, you'll ensure every candidate finds the perfect fit!
