- Proficient in Dutch and English

- High School Diploma or higher (preferred)

- Experience in the hotel/travel industry (desired)

- Previous experience in a call center, ideally in sales and/or customer service

- Strong communication skills and social intelligence

- Proficient in web navigation and adaptable to technological changes

- Providing voice reservation services and customer contacts via phone
