- Dutch proficiency mandatory and fluent English

- Customer-oriented and a results-driven approach

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills

- Some experience in customer service, it's a plus but not mandatory 

- Are responsible and independent

✨ Your responsibilities:

- Provide high quality Dutch-speaking inbound customer service to clients

- Solve customer inquiries and complaints, assist with shipping, delivery, return, exchange and questions about product registration 

- Solve requests/incidents related to more specific products/apps

- Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to Users
