- Address missing or incorrect data in Fleetboard systems (GPS locations, driver data, scheduled maintenance, fuel consumption, etc.)

- Troubleshoot Fleetboard service malfunctions (localization, truck data, driver performance, etc.)

- Provide technical support for telematic software and hardware
