De opdrachtgever is wereldwijd bekend van zijn hightech apparaten om lichaam samenstellingen te analyseren. Deze apparaten zijn onder andere te vinden in ziekenhuizen, sportcentra en onderzoeksinstellingen. Sinds 2017 is het Europese hoofdkantoor gevestigd in Amsterdam, waar een enthousiast, internationaal team werkt aan verdere groei in Europa.

Over de functie

Als Sales Administrator ben jij de administratieve spil in het salesteam. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt, van offerte tot facturatie.

Jouw taken zijn:

• Offertes en proforma facturen opstellen;
• Webshoporders verwerken (via Shopify, Bol.com, Decathlon);
• Contact onderhouden met klanten over bestellingen en betalingen;
• Debiteurenbeheer (facturatie & matching van betalingen);
• Verkoopresultaten monitoren en delen met het team;
• Ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen;
• Rapportages maken ter ondersteuning van de sales.

As a Sales Administrator, you are the administrative backbone of the sales team. You ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes—from quotations to invoicing.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing quotations and proforma invoices;
• Processing webshop orders (via Shopify, Bol.com, Decathlon);
• Communicating with customers about orders and payments;
• Managing accounts receivable (invoicing & payment matching);
• Monitoring and reporting monthly sales performance;
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales closings;
• Creating sales reports to support the sales team.

Wat vragen wij van jou

• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in salesadministratie of logistieke administratie;
• Hbo werk- en denkniveau;
• Je bent bekend met ERP-systemen, Excel en Exact;
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en communiceert helder;
• Vloeiend in Engels; beheersing van de Nederlandse of Koreaanse taal is een pré.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales administration or logistics administration;
• Bachelor's level working and thinking (HBO);
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Excel, and Exact;
• Accurate, structured, and clear in communication;
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or Korean is a plus.
