What are you going to do:

Part-Time Client Booking Specialist – Luxury Portrait Studio (15 hours/week)

Workdays: Monday & Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: On-site

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our studio, you won’t just be making calls—you’ll be building relationships. You’ll speak with women who have already shown interest in our photography experience and help guide them through their journey with us. This is not about pushing appointments, but about listening, connecting, and creating trust.

Your responsibilities include:

• Following up with leads to listen, understand their motivation, and guide them in their decision

• Managing the studio calendar and scheduling appointments

• Light administrative tasks

• Assisting with preparation for our signature “pick-up parties,” where clients receive their portraits in a heartfelt celebration

What we ask:

• Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
• A confident communicator with experience in sales or client-facing roles (e.g. Account manager, hospitality);
• You have experience with booking systems and managing schedules.
• You possess strong communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with Apple products (iOS, Mac);
• A great listener who builds trust with ease;
• Available to work on-site two days a week (Monday & Wednesday);
