Commercial Intern -EMEA @ STANLEY in Amsterdam

What are you going to do:

The Stanley1913 Commercial Intern EMEA will work within a team that creates and implements the
blue-print for how Stanley1913 shows up in the EMEA retail market. The team obsesses the consumer,
interacts in the global product creation process, create and monitor success of category assortments
across channels, and deliver against revenue expectations while keeping an eye on an ever-changing
EMEA market. You will be an integral part of the Commercial Team, reporting to the Commercial
Director and supported by the entire commercial team consisting of a Senior Commercial Manager and
Commercial Specialist, and input on seasonal line-plans, research consumer and marketplace insights,
interact seamlessly within the product creation process and communicate across functions to gain
alignment and decision making. You will gain valuable experience in a global brand, in product
management, in merchandising and in marketplace management in a rapidly evolving consumer goods
segment.

What You´ll Do

• Assist the Team with the management and planning of the Stanley1913 EMEA Seasonal Product lines.

• Will lead a project to better visualize, communicate (both internally and externally) and share the key product launches in 2026.

• Collaborate with EMEA functional Teams and Global Product Creation & Merchandising Teams.

• With the Team’s support collect and present EMEA Consumer research across the key categories (Hydration, Café, Originals, Mobility & Storage).

• Access and manage weekly reports which will be key to inform business decision-making.

• Participate in Account sell-in meetings and global process milestone meetings.

• You understand the principles of merchandising an assortment, flow, storytelling, lifecycle and franchise management.

• You have a proven history of delivering on time with accuracy.

• You can plan with the end in mind.

• You understand that actions have consequences and can articulate all possible eventualities.
