Join a fast-growing, international team where you’ll support homeowners by guiding them through their quote requests for home improvement projects - such as solar panels, insulation, and more.

As the first point of contact, you’ll be working in Amsterdam or from home, calling users to confirm and verify requests. You’ll ask relevant questions, ensure all information is complete and accurate, and help match users with the right professionals to get their projects moving. Handling feedback or complaints via phone or email will also be part of your role, guaranteeing great customer service and quality assurance.

Interested in sales? You’ll have the chance to support that team too! Full training is provided, and you can work from home, hybrid, or from a cozy office in Amsterdam - whatever fits your lifestyle.
