Your role:
As a Dutch and German-speaking customer & finance support specialist (m/f/d), you’ll be the first point of contact for customers with questions about billing, payments, refunds, or account details.
You’ll respond via phone and email, handle sensitive data responsibly, and collaborate with teams like IT, sales, and technical support to resolve cases and improve processes. This role offers a competitive hourly salary of €18,99.
