At Quentin Hotels we try to create extraordinary experiences for our guests. We are looking for a motivated Reservations Agent who can help us achieve our goals.

As a Reservations Agent, you (together with your team) are responsible for 11 hotels in Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, and Prague.

Some of your tasks are...

• Processing corporate and private reservations by email and phone
• Processing cancellations and modifications
• Communicating reservation details to the Front Desk
• Assisting the Front Desk when required
• Implementing hotel policies

What do we expect from you?

• You are fluent in English and German (any additional languages are a big advantage)
• Good communicative skills
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
