A Cluster Reservations Agent serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Preferably one year experience in a similar position

• Fluent English and Dutch language skills

What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cluster Reservations Agent. This role will focus on the following skills and competences:

·         Hospitable & commercial attitude

·         Good organizational and administration skills

·         Commitment to delivering a high level of service

·         Knowledge of hotel property management systems

·         Excellent communication skills in English

·         Results driven

·         Preferably of one year relevant experience in a similar position
