As a technical support agent, you will play a vital role in assisting the clients in the Benelux region with technical inquiries related to the products and the online management portal. Your expertise will ensure customer satisfaction and the efficient resolution of technical issues.

What will you do?

• Answer technical questions from customers
• Provide support for using the online management portal
• Resolve technical problems
• Ensure customer satisfaction

• Salary between €2500 and €3000 (depending on experience).
