The Front of House Lead ensures the smooth daily operation of the Front of House team. With a hands-on approach, they work alongside the team at and around the Front Desk to deliver high-level guest service.
The Front of House Lead is responsible for managing guest expectations, handling complaints, and ensuring VIP guests receive personalized attention.
This role requires strong communication skills, both within the Front of House and across departments. Anticipating hotel occupancy, guest profiles, and upcoming events is key.
The Front of House Lead works in all shifts (morning/day, evening, and night) and serves as the first point of contact for Front Desk Agents, offering guidance and support when needed. In addition, the Front of House Lead is involved in HR-related tasks such as scheduling, hour registration, and feedback conversations.
This position is also responsible for training and coaching team members and assisting colleagues from other departments during peak times. A critical eye for operational processes and a proactive attitude in suggesting improvements are essential in this role.
