As a team member in Ikea Eindhoven, you will contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Whether you're preparing meals in the restaurant or assisting customers at the checkout, your role is to ensure every visitor leaves with a smile. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, adaptability, and customer satisfaction are key. This role offers variety, from handling food preparation to resolving customer queries, making every day unique.

What You Will Do:

• Assist: customers at the restaurant by preparing and serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Support: the checkout process by helping customers finalize their purchases and providing a friendly last impression of their visit.
• Resolve: customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring they leave satisfied and valued.
• Collaborate: with your team to maintain a smooth workflow and create a positive atmosphere for both colleagues and guests.
• Adapt: to different tasks and shifts, ensuring flexibility during busy periods, especially in the summer.

• Earn between €14.50 and €15.88 per hour.
• Flexible part-time contract, ideal alongside your studies.
• Work between 8 and 24 hours per week.
• Receive 8.33% holiday allowance and build up 10% vacation hours.
• Extra pay for Sunday shifts and early hours.
• Travel allowance and free parking available.
