is on a mission to redefine how talent and opportunity connect. We're scaling fast and looking for a very senior Angular Frontend Developer to shape the future of our user experience.

This is more than a coding job—it's a chance to set the direction for our frontend architecture and design systems.

You will work closely with our product designers, backend engineers, and AI experts to build a modular, scalable, and intelligent frontend using Angular. You’ll play a pivotal role in evolving our platform.

What You'll Do

• Lead frontend architecture decisions for

  Striive.com

  with a forward-looking mindset.

• Drive our migration strategy, ensuring maintainability and performance.

• Build and standardize design systems in collaboration with design and product, using tools like Figma and Builder.io.

• Integrate AI-powered UI tools (e.g.,

  Figma to Angular with Builder.io

  ).

• Collaborate with backend teams using Java + Spring Boot

• Continuously improve the developer experience through tools like Cursor, documentation, and automated processes.

• Provide technical mentorship and, if desired, grow into a Frontend Tech Lead role.
