As a French-speaking customer service agent, you won’t be stepping into a typical customer support role. Instead, this position focuses more on helping your colleagues internally across departments, in French speaking countries. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for your colleagues and team members across the globe, supporting them via phone, email, and chat But your role goes beyond just answering questions. You'll work closely with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and IT to resolve all inquiries and ensure smooth communication across the business. This position as a French-speaking customer service and help desk agent is ready for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude who enjoys being part of a big team.

What we ask:

• Completed at least MBO level 4 (or equivalent)
• Experience in a support/help desk role is a plus
• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a bonus)
