Wat je gaat doen

As a production worker in our 5-shift system, you will contribute to the efficient production of high-quality plastic drums at Mauser Benelux BV. Your role involves hands-on tasks that ensure our products meet the highest standards while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, safety, and teamwork.

What You Will Do:

• Inspecting: products for quality and identifying any defects.
• Assembling: components such as caps and lids for the drums.
• Packing: and sealing products to prepare them for shipment.
• Stacking: and organizing drums for transportation.
• Maintaining: a clean and safe working environment at all times.

• A gross hourly wage of €16.02, excluding shift bonus
• A temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment
• Flexible working hours: 16 to 40 hours per week
• 28% shift allowance for every hour worked
• 8.33% year-end allowance for every hour worked
• Travel expense reimbursement

• Physically fit and enjoys hands-on work
• Accurate, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Speaks English or Dutch fluently
• Production experience is a plus; training provided
