Are you ready for a part-time role as a Project Manager in Rotterdam? Grow with Unilever and lead the Knorr Artwork Project!

What are you going to do:

Are you ready to take on the challenge as a part-time Project Manager at Unilever Rotterdam? You'll have the opportunity to play a key role in the Knorr Artwork Project, a crucial initiative that needs to be completed by the end of the year. The artwork team needs to replace the old green claims with new ones for 100+ Knorr products. With your dedication and strong stakheholdermanagement skills, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly.

What will you do?

• Coordinate and lead weekly project meetings with diverse stakeholders such as Supply Chain, R&D, and TDMO.
• Manage the timelines and deliverables for artwork changes for over 100 Knorr products.
• Ensure all artwork updates comply with internal standards and regulations.
• Track progress, identify risks, and solve problems to keep the project on schedule.
• Communicate clearly, structured, and timely with all involved parties.

You are a solution-oriented thinker. You love a challenge, and no two days are the same for you. This is a temporary position until the end of this year. That start date is the 1st of august. It´s a part-time role for 16 hours a week, work days are flexible. You need to be at least once at the office in Rotterdam. Extension is not possible.

What we ask:

• At least finished MBO4
• Between 1-3 years of relevant experience within a corporate environment (internships also welcome)
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills (must!)
• Excellent attention to detail: punctual and clear
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
• Organizational skills and an eye for detail
