Are you a highly skilled and communicative Talent Acquisition professional who excels at building relationships and navigating internal talent movements? Do you have a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities and driving talent strategy within a dynamic organization? If so, we have an exciting role for you!

We are seeking aTalent Partner, focusing primarily on internal recruitment and strategic talent initiatives. This is a crucial role where your ability to understand business needs and manage stakeholders will be key to success.


What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a vital role in Unilever´s talent ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on internal mobility. Your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-End Internal Recruitment (70%):You will manage a large part of the recruitment process for internal candidates, from initial contact to successful placement. This involves understanding the specific needs of hiring managers and connecting them with suitable internal employees who are looking to grow within the company.
  • Stakeholder Management:You'll be the primary point of contact for our internal business clients, demonstrating strong persuasive and convincing skills to understand their hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Talent Pipeline & Projects (30%):You'll contribute to building robust talent pipelines and engage in various talent management projects.
  • Compliance & Administration:You will apply your knowledge of Dutch law and regulations to create contracts and ensure all processes are compliant.
  • Efficient Workflow:Your excellent time management skills will be crucial as you navigate multiple priorities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Please note: This role focuses on strategic talent matching and relationship building. It does not primarily involve candidate screenings or job interviews.


This is a temporary position till the end of this year (extension is not likely). Hybrid working is possible (at least 2 days in the office) and an onboarding will take place.


What we offer:

  • Salary between €4050,- and €6500,-
  • Weekly or 4-weekly payment options

What we ask:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role is essential.
  • Background: Experience within FMCG or the food industry is a strong advantage. We're looking for someone who has worked closely with internal business partners, rather than primarily in mass hiring or highly technical recruitment.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence hiring decisions.
  • Excellent Time Management: The ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch labour law´s.
  • Proficient in English, Dutch is a plus.
