Wat je gaat doen

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays? As a QC Support Assistant at IFF Tilburg, you will support the Quality Control department by receiving, registering, and handling product samples. This is a temporary position for 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and workload.
Your tasks include:

• Registering and processing incoming samples in SAP
• Preparing samples for evaluation
• Identifying and reporting delays or irregularities
• Managing reference samples and cold storage
• Temporary storage of production and raw material samples

Functie-eisen

Are you precise, organized, and communicative? Then we’d love to have you support our Quality Control team!
Requirements:

• Proficient in Dutch or English, spoken and written
• Comfortable working with Word and Excel; SAP experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
• Able to prioritize and communicate clearly
• Able to work in cold environments (5–15°C)
