Your Role in Our Story:

• Assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service and maintaining exceptional food quality standards.
• Train, supervise, and inspire kitchen staff to deliver their best, including proper food handling and safety practices.
• Contribute to menu planning, inventory control, and daily specials to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Step in as needed to prepare and present high-quality dishes, showcasing your culinary expertise.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar culinary leadership role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for team development.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and best practices.
• A culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required.
