Wat je gaat doen

As an administrative talent, you support the planners in their daily tasks. You bring structure, keep an overview, and maintain flawless administration.
Your responsibilities include:

• Printing shop floor documents
• Checking and maintaining WIP (Work in Progress) inventory
• Identifying and resolving material shortages
• Ordering materials from the external warehouse
• Communicating with customer service
• Assisting with administrative tasks and supply chain projects
• Supporting prioritization and planning within the team

✔ A part-time position (8–16 hours per week)
✔ Hourly wage of €17.64 + 5.12% ADV allowance → €18.54 per hour
✔ Travel allowance of €0.21 per km
✔ Pension accrual from your first working week
✔ 25 vacation days (full-time basis) + 8.33% holiday allowance
✔ Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday during office hours

Functie-eisen

• Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Structured and accurate work style, able to multitask efficiently
• Customer-oriented mindset and a team player with international colleagues
• Experience in a similar administrative role within supply chain, production, or logistics is a plus
• Most importantly: you are eager to get started!
