Wat je gaat doen

As a customer service representative, you play an important role in the experience of our customers. You help them with questions or issues, think along with them to find solutions, and make sure every conversation ends on a positive note. You easily switch between email, phone, and chat, and you know just how to reassure someone or point them in the right direction. Your language skills and customer-first mindset leave a lasting impression. You’ll be working with colleagues who, just like you, enjoy clear communication and appreciate it when everything runs smoothly.

• You answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat
• You record all interactions carefully in the system
• You suggest suitable solutions for complaints
• You quickly understand what customers need and respond accordingly
• You follow internal guidelines to provide excellent service

• An hourly wage of €16.96 (almost €3,000 per month based on full-time)

Functie-eisen

We’re mainly looking for someone with enthusiasm, but also:

• You speak fluent French and/or German, preferably also English or Dutch
• You have experience in customer service, ideally across multiple channels
• You can plan well and handle multiple tasks at once
• You have are comfortable with computers
• You enjoy working from our office in Rotterdam
