We’re looking to recruit an experienced, proactive commercial coordinator for our beautiful boutique hotel opposite Palace Noordeinde.

At the heart of the Parliament Centre of The Hague, located at a prestigious spot opposite the Royal Palace Noordeinde, Hotel Indigo The Hague – Palace Noordeinde opened it's doors in 2018. Once occupied by “De Nederlandsche Bank”, our boutique hotel with 63 rooms, restaurant Stocks&Bonds, The Gold Bar and 2 meeting rooms/private dining borrows some of these unique elements in its décor. Each Hotel Indigo is unique, and delivers a vibrant, engaging and genuine boutique experience that gives guests a real flavour of the neighbourhood – delivering an experience that is truly reflective of the local culture, character and geography.
As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a proactive and commercially minded commercial Coordinator/executive to join our team and help drive business across all segments while optimizing revenue and enhancing our market presence. As commercial coordinator/executive you will work with the general manager and hotel team to drive both sales & revenue.
Sales responsibilities:

Handle and convert group, event, and corporate booking enquiries (both B2B and B2C);

Identify and attract new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group segments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, local businesses, embassies, event planners, and travel agents;

Prepare RFP's and contracting.

Support the revenue strategy by monitoring and reporting on occupancy trends, rate performance, and competitor activity;

Assist in setting daily rates and inventory controls across OTA and direct channels;

Coordinate with the front office and reservations team to ensure optimal yield and inventory management;

Produce and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports (pickup, pace, RevPAR, ADR, etc.);

Manage group rates & negotiated rates.

Assist in the development and execution of seasonal campaigns, packages, and promotional offers (multi channel);

Collaborate with digital marketing agencies to manage website content, SEO, and social media activity;

Help develop content and collateral for email marketing, brochures, and partner communications;

Maintain up-to-date listings and content on OTAs, GDS, and other booking platforms.

What are we looking for:

At least 1-2 years experience in sales and revenue;

Knowledge of the hotel market in The Hague;

Proven record of achieving set KPI's;

Live near the hotel;
-
Somebody out-going and persuasive.
