What You'll Be Doing
As International Recruiter in Amsterdam you will connect top talent with companies around Europe. Our Multilingual team in Amsterdam is growing, and we need you to help us find the best candidates for our international clients.

Your Daily Grind

The European job market is buzzing, and it's your job to tap into that energy. As an International Recruiter, you’ll be reaching out to potential clients, pitching our recruitment services, and making those all-important deals. Once a client is on board, it’s time to find the perfect candidate.

On top of that, we manage our own marketing and branding of vacancies and clients across online platforms, presenting ourselves as the employer in candidate relations. This gives you the opportunity to be involved in content creation and brand visibility. You’ll write up job ads, post them online, and screen the flood of applications that come in. You'll chat with candidates, interview them and match them with the right job. We’re a diverse bunch, and we want to offer our services in as many languages as possible. So, we’re looking for someone who speaks, besides English, one additional language (for example French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.).

It Doesn't Stop There...

Helping a candidate doesn’t end with just finding them a job. You’ll guide them through the whole process, make their contracts, and set up your own employer relationship. You’ll stay in touch to make sure they’re doing great. And of course, you’ll also check in with your clients to see how things are going and maybe even spot some new opportunities to help them out.

What we offer:

• A salary of € 2.655,- and a bonus scheme of € 600,- per quarter;

What we ask:

• Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
• Fluency in English is essential and additional knowledge of another language;
• Previous recruitment experience is not required, but a keen willingness to learn is;
• Long-term residency in or near Amsterdam;
• Availability for 40 hours per week.
