As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire top talent across our hotels and corporate offices in the Netherlands.

Your Role

• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our teams by:
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, from front-of-house to corporate functions.
• Creating engaging job adverts and posting them across relevant platforms.
• Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews.
• Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• You are able to set priorities in your own work to maintain oversight of the entire recruitment process.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within hospitality or a fast-paced service industry.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging talent.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• A passion for people and hospitality.
