As a Sous Chef, you and the Executive Chef are the driving force behind the kitchen team. You know how to get the best out of your team members, and you ensure a culinary experience for every guest. You actively assist with cooking, and you support the Executive Chef with various projects to improve processes in the kitchen. You contribute to changes in the menu, update recipes and make food calculations. You assist the Executive Chef with activities such as scheduling, complying with and checking hygiene procedures, managing the kitchen stock and placing orders.
