Radisson Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is preparing for its grand opening, and we’re looking for a passionate and professional Meeting & Events Associate to support our conference and event operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences from day one. With 6 fully equipped meeting and event rooms hosting events of up to 150 guests, this is your chance to showcase your hospitality skills in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do
As Meeting & Events Associate, you will support the smooth execution of meetings and events, assisting with guest service, room setup, coordination, and event operations. You will:

• Welcome and assist guests during meetings and events, providing friendly and professional service.

  
  

• Prepare meeting and event rooms, including setup, mise-en-place, and equipment arrangements.

  
  

• Support event execution, including basic tableside service, beverage service, and assisting with catering as required.

  
  

• Follow company policies, safety standards, and hygiene regulations.

  
  

• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve guest experience and operational processes.

  
  

What we’re looking for

• MBO 3 work- and thinking level, with hospitality or event experience

  
  

• Guest-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

  
  

• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from supervisors

  
  

• Knowledge of company rules, frameworks, and basic safety & hygiene regulations

  
  

• Enthusiasm for events, catering, and providing memorable experiences
