What are you going to do:

What will you do?

You’ll supervise mechanics, assign tasks, and ensure the team runs smoothly. You’ll manage workflow so daily goals are achieved. Close collaboration with the operations manager keeps processes efficient.

Who are you?

Practical and organized, you have a mechanical background and 1–2 years of team leadership experience. You’re enthusiastic about bikes, enjoy coaching colleagues, and communicate clearly in English (Dutch a bonus). MBO level 3 or equivalent is required.

Where will you work?

Based in a workshop close to The Hague, you’ll help prepare bikes for a growing subscription service. The workplace is informal and international, where teamwork and problem-solving go hand in hand with delivering excellent service.

What we offer:

• Salary €2,684–€2,892 gross/month;
• 37 days of paid leave;

What we ask:

• MBO level 3 minimum;
• Leadership experience 1–2 years;
• Fluent English (Dutch is a plus);
• Mechanical skills and a hands-on attitude;
• Living within 1 hour of The Hague.
