At Japan-ease, we offer curated moments of Japanese culture through beautifully designed vending machines that serve premium snacks, drinks, and wellness items.

We are seeking a proactive and professional individual to support follow-up communications with potential B2B partners across Amsterdam. You will be responsible for calling a curated list of high-traffic venues (e.g. universities, museums, co-working spaces, boutique gyms, etc.) to follow up on partnership proposals that were recently emailed regarding the placement of our vending machines.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a confident phone manner, and the ability to represent a young brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. You can work entirely remotely—all that matters is delivering results.

• Type: Freelance / Part-Time

• Start: As soon as possible

• Duration: Initial project of ~1–2 weeks (with potential for future work)

• Rate: Competitive hourly rate or per-call model (to be discussed)
