Wat je gaat doen

As a warehouse employee at UPS, you will be working at one of the locations in Venlo. You play an important role in UPS’s logistics process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that orders are delivered to customers on time and complete every day. When products are returned, you inspect them, and you make sure that there is sufficient stock of materials available.It’s important that you enjoy physical work (you’ll be standing and walking through the warehouse a lot).
At UPS in Venlo, you’ll be working full-time, with the option to choose between day shifts or two shifts. The working days are from Monday to Friday, so you’ll have your weekends off!

Your tasks will include:

• Processing orders in the system
• Scanning orders
• Packing orders and ensuring they are complete
• Checking returned products and inspecting product quality
• Registering discrepancies in the system
• Contributing to a pleasant and safe working environment

Wat we je bieden

We can offer you the following:

• A gross hourly wage starting from €14.40
• A full-time job in either day shifts or two shifts
• A 25% shift allowance after 19:00 when working in two shifts
• Possibility of a permanent contract with UPS if both parties are satisfied
• 8.33% holiday allowance + travel allowence for distances over 10 km one way
• Work in a fun team with great colleagues

Functie-eisen

Are you a flexible team player with an eye for detail and an interest in logistics? Then we’re looking for you! It's also important that you recognize yourself in the following:

• Available full-time (40 hours per week)
• Good command of the English language
• Willingness to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
• Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required
• Willing to work in day or two-shift schedules
• You have your own transportation to get to the location in Venlo
