Summary

Are you ready for an energetic full-time role in Amsterdam-Noord? Join InfinitSpace as a Community Host, grow your career, and enjoy attractive bonuses as part of a dynamic and international team. With travel allowance provided, you’ll mainly work in Noord while occasionally supporting our locations in Hoofddorp and the city centre.

About the role

As a Community Host, you are the face of the building and the first point of contact for members, guests, and vendors. You ensure that everyone feels at home and create a welcoming, lively atmosphere. Your role is central in shaping the experience of the workspace community by combining hospitality, operations, and event management.

What you will do

In this role, you make sure members and guests always feel supported with a smile. You maintain relationships, strengthen the community, and take care of day-to-day operations, including:

• Opening the building and conducting daily walkthroughs
• Monitoring maintenance (e.g., restrooms, common areas)
• Handling orders and responding to emails
• Managing the helpdesk and supporting vendors
• Organizing and promoting inspiring community events

By combining operational tasks with your energy and service mindset, you bring the building to life and create a vibrant community for everyone.
