As an Order Packer GXO in Tilburg, you make sure customer orders are packed neatly, safely, and on time. After your colleagues from Order Picking collect the products, you check them carefully, pack them securely, and prepare everything for shipping.

Your work ensures that customers and shops receive their orders complete and correct. You’ll work with packing materials, scanners, and a computer system. Together with your team, you keep the warehouse running smoothly every day — accuracy and teamwork are key!

You will start with a short training program, so you quickly feel at home in your new role.

Waar ga je werken?

You will work at GXO in Tilburg, the largest GXO site in the Netherlands. GXO is an international logistics company that organizes storage, transport, and distribution for well-known brands.

The Tilburg warehouse is modern, centrally located (near Breda, 's Hertogenbosch, Oosterhout, Etten-Leur and Rijen) and easy to reach by car. Free parking is available. You’ll be part of a diverse, international team. GXO also offers nice extras such as fresh meals and daily fruit in the canteen.

You like working with your hands and enjoy being active. As an Order Packer GXO, you are accurate and motivated to get every order ready the right way.

Hard requirements:

• You speak and understand basic English (to communicate with colleagues)

• You have your own transport and accommodation

• You can apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).

• You are flexible and open to working different shifts. We work from Monday to Saturday. Depending on your availability, you can choose a fixed morning shift or a rotating two-shift system. Morning shift: 06:30 -15.15
  Two-shift system: one week 06:30 - 15.15, second week 15:15 - 00.00

• A starting salary of €14.40 per hour

• Allowence for evenings (19:00 – 21:00): €18.00 per hour
  
  nights (21:00 – 00:00): €19.44 per hour
  
  Saturdays: €21.60 per hour
