Your role:

‍ Prepare, cook, and present dishes that meet our high standards;

Keep your station organized, clean, and compliant with hygiene and safety regulations;

Collaborate with the team for smooth service and mentor junior kitchen staff when needed;

Monitor portion control, reduce food waste, and assist with stock rotation and inventory management;

Bring creative ideas for new dishes and help elevate presentation.
