We are seeking a charismatic Front Office Receptionist to be the first face our members see when they walk through the Soho House doors. You’ll have experience within a similar role, be comfortable with booking systems and email, as well as being a fantastic communicator both over the phone and face to face.

What we are looking for

• Must have experience in a customer service role

  
  

• Must be okay with multi-tasking, answering high-volume phone lines and answering inquiries professionally 

  
  

• Quick learner or have OpenTable, Salesforce and/or Opera experiencce 

  
  

• Problem solving skills and bring conflict resolution to any anticipated or current matter

  
  

• Detail oriented, articulate and ability to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding work environment

  
  

• Strong communication skills in English

  
  

• Flexible schedule and ability to work late nights and weekends
