What are you going to do:

As a Customer Service Agent (m/f/d), you are the voice of Rituals! You handle enquiries in Spanish via email, phone and social media, ensuring that every interaction with Rituals becomes a positive experience. Your goal is to understand customers’ needs and inspire them with your knowledge of our products.

What you bring

You are communicative, empathetic and understand the needs of our Spanish-speaking customers. With fluent Spanish and English skills, you are perfectly prepared for this exciting challenge as a home-based Customer Service Representative (m/f/d).

Why Rituals?

This position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work comfortably from anywhere in the Netherlands. The contract runs until the end of 2025 but offers you the chance to gain valuable experience in the beauty industry.

Flexible working hours

Don’t hesitate – become a call center agent from home for Rituals! All we need is someone who can commit to at least 20 hours per week (more is also possible!).

There are several shifts:

• Day shift (08:45–18:00)
• Late shift (11:00–21:00)
• Weekend shift (10:00–18:30)

We offer flexible shift lengths of 4, 6 or 8 hours, giving you the freedom to choose a schedule that fits perfectly with your lifestyle.

• At least MBO level 4 or equivalent qualification;
