We are on the hunt for Spanish speakers to become a customer service agent for Rituals! Do you love beauty, wellness, and making people feel special? What You’ll Do

• Guide customers in choosing the perfect products for their self-care rituals
• Solve any issues that pop up after the sale—ensuring customers feel supported and satisfied
• Be the friendly, helpful voice for Spanish-speaking customers across email, phone, and social media
• All from the comfort of your own home, working remotely with the Rituals team!

Flexible Hours

No need to hesitate: Become a customer service agent from home with Rituals! All we need is someone who can commit to at least 20 hours a week (and more is also possible!).

There are multiple shifts: day shift (08:45–18:00), late shift (11:00–21:00) and weekend shift (10:00–18:30)

We offer flexible shift lengths of 4, 6, or 8 hours, giving you the freedom to choose a schedule that fits perfectly with your lifestyle.

• You’re native-level in Spanish and fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
