As a full-time sales agent, you will work in an international sales environment where you connect with potential clients, qualify leads, and help companies across Europe grow.

YoungCapital works with a dedicated cross-border recruitment agency that collaborates with a wide range of companies abroad. After your application, they’ll reach out to you directly.

Your day-to-day

As a full-time sales agent, you’ll reach out to businesses, qualify leads, and schedule appointments across a portfolio of international clients. You’ll approach companies confidently, turning prospects into opportunities while using your communication and commercial skills to create real impact.

You’ll receive paid onboarding and ongoing coaching, learn to work with CRM systems, follow up on leads, and maintain strong business relationships. This role gives you practical experience in international sales, working on exciting projects with motivated colleagues: the perfect opportunity to grow your sales career abroad and strengthen your international CV.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary of €1,960 plus attractive performance bonuses (€500–€1,000)

What we ask

• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English
• Available full-time for at least 6 months
