WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• First experience in cleaning or housekeeping is an advantage, but not required

  
  

• Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented working style

  
  

• High sense of cleanliness and quality awareness

  
  

• Physical resilience and flexibility

  
  

• Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude

  
  

• Basic German or English skills are an advantage

  
  

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

  
  
  
  

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobby, corridors, elevators, restrooms, and back-of-house areas

  
  

• Ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation across both hotels

  
  

• Support the housekeeping team with additional cleaning tasks when required

  
  

• Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards according to Marriott guidelines

  
  

• Report technical issues, damages, or maintenance needs to the relevant department

  
  

• Handle cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies responsibly

  
  

• Work closely with housekeeping and other hotel departments
