Are you passionate about helping others and creating calm moments in a busy world? Join Cygnific as a part-time German-speaking customer service ambassador for Rituals in Amsterdam and turn every interaction into a meaningful experience.

As a German-speaking ambassador, you are the friendly voice behind Rituals’ international customer service. Through phone, email, social media, and digital channels, you’ll provide attentive, creative, and solution-focused support. You bring the relaxed Rituals feeling to every customer, making their day a little brighter.

Your role

In this part-time customer service role, you won’t just answer questions, you’ll create trust, connection, and positive experiences for each customer. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting German-speaking customers via phone, email, and social media
• Providing personal, empathetic, and effective solutions to customer inquiries
• Answering product questions and offering helpful guidance
• Communicating clearly, professionally, and creatively
• Collaborating with an international customer service team to deliver excellent service

Your work helps Rituals customers slow down, enjoy small rituals, and feel genuinely cared for.

Flexible part-time hours & onboarding

Start your journey with paid training in Amsterdam, giving you all the tools to succeed in this international environment. After onboarding, your colleagues and troubleshooters are always available to support you.

Flexible part-time schedule:

Monday–Friday: 08:45 – 21:00

Weekends: 10:00 – 18:30

Work 24–40 hours per week, ideal for balancing work and life

• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
