Sales Support | German C1 (20-24 h/week)

Our client is  looking for a motivated part-time Sales Support Associate who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys improving processes and tools to enhance daily operations. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Help refine and modernize administrative processes, systems, and workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate closely with both business and IT teams to translate operational needs into practical, technology-driven solutions
• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Team which consist of a team leader and two internal sales representatives in Rorschach (Switzerland), plus one salesperson in ’s-Hertogenbosch
• Manage relationships with insurance partners, coordinate premium settlements, and ensure professional follow-up on customer visits and requests
• Play an active role in optimizing our back-office performance while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Degree in commercial education
• professional experience in finance, banking, or a similar sector
• Strong organizational and analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive and structured approach to work
• Committed, curious, and eager to continuously learn and grow
• Customer-focused attitude with a service-oriented mindset
• Excellent command of German and good command of English, both spoken and written
• Comfortable with IT systems and digital tools, such as MS 365. It's a plus if you are experienced with SAP or Power BI
• Availability for 20-24 h/week
