Freelance Salesforce Data Migration Specialist

For an internal client-side role, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Migration Specialist to support a greenfield Salesforce implementation. The focus is on challenging the implementation partner, building internal knowledge, and hands‑on execution of data migration activities.

Responsibilities

• Define and review the data migration strategy
• Challenge and validate the partner's data migration approach and deliverables
• Perform hands‑on data extraction, transformation, loading, and validation
• Ensure data quality, testing, and cut‑over readiness
• Document processes and transfer knowledge to internal teams

Required Experience

• Proven experience with Salesforce data migrations (preferably greenfield)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models
• Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and/or ETL tools
• Ability to operate independently in a client-side advisory and delivery role

• 40 hours, 6 months with possibility to extend
• 1 day or less onsite
• Zuid-Holland region
