Organon zoekt een fulltime Talent Attraction Business Partner met als primaire werklocatie Oss. We bieden je de kans om vanaf dag één zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan in een dynamische internationale omgeving.

Functie: Corporate recruiter verantwoordelijk voor het volledige wervingsproces van voornamelijk uitvoerende functies bij de productielocaties in Oss en Heist-op-den-Berg (België). De focus ligt in eerste instantie op deze locaties, maar ondersteuning is ook mogelijk voor andere regio’s. Er zijn mogelijkheden voor doorgroei en het oppakken van andere functies.

Responsibilities

• Meedenken qua recruitmentstrategie voor beide locaties en breder voor de landen in het cluster.
• Creatieve manieren bedenken om divers talent aan te trekken.
• Meedenken over employer branding en nieuwe wervingsmethoden.
• Competentiegerichte interviews afnemen en online assessments interpreteren.
• Maken van aanbiedingsvoorstellen en onderhandelen over arbeidsvoorwaarden.
• Zorgen voor een positieve ervaring voor kandidaten en managers.
• Recruitmentcijfers bijhouden en trends rapporteren.
• Samenwerken met HR-collega\'s en leidinggevenden.

Qualifications

• Een relevante opleiding (bijvoorbeeld HR, MER of bedrijfskunde).
• Ervaring als in-house recruiter of bij een RPO of als consulent bij een uitzendbureau.
• Bereid om minimaal 2 dagen per week op locatie te werken, gecombineerd met thuiswerken.
• Kennis van sociale media en sourcing tools.
• Ervaring in de farmaceutische industrie, productie of logistiek is een sterke pre.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Een coachende houding en gevoel voor humor.
• Een analytische, nauwkeurige en empathische instelling.
• Spreekt zowel Nederlands als Engels.
