In your role as technial support engineer you will be the first point of contact for our customers in case of any issues with the products they have acquired or in case of questions on the proper usage if the products.
Customer support is also involved in delivering the best possible quality of our products to the customers by testing the products created by the development team, test complete setups before they are shipped to the customers and performing on-site installations
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer challenges with technical expertise and a passion for turning potential frustrations into positive experiences
- Create content for our customers that will help them make better use of our products
- Handle FAT for complete setups sold to customers
- Organize customer feedback interviews
- Demonstrate products on request as a pre sales activity
- Handle test activities within the SCRUM development teams
- Create and maintain the automated test framework
Qualifications
- You have the capabilities to identify the right approaches and initiatives to achieve an improved customer experience
- Being able to communicate on a professional level with our customers
- Apply test methodologies in an efficient way to improve the quality of Riscure products
- Have a good understanding of the technical capabilities of Riscure products
- Ability to listen to customers and understand their technical needs and how Riscure products can contribute to that
- Stay positive under stress and be able to distinguish between main and secondary objectives

- Service oriented without loosing sight of Riscure goals
- Fair but decisive towards customers in handling their requests
