As Team Lead Inside Sales, you lead a team of six international colleagues across our locations in Roosendaal and Rotterdam. Your focus is on coaching and developing the team with the goal of structurally increasing the conversion rate from quotation to order.

Are you the Team Lead Inside Sales who naturally coaches and lead people - and consistently drives commercial results?

What you’ll do

  • Coach and develop a high-performing Inside Sales team

  • Drive sales results, margins, and KPIs

  • Monitor pricing and margins and steer where needed

  • Support key accounts and ensure excellent customer service

What you bring

  • 5+ years of sales experience

  • 2+ years as a Team Lead or manager

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Fluent English (C1) + one other language

Our recruitment process

  • After a successful first interview, you may be invited to a trainee session of approximately two hours. This session offers you a behind-the-scenes look at ABF, helping you gain a clear understanding of our organization and the role.

  • A background check (VOG) and an assessment may be part of the selection procedure.

What we offer
